What are the Check-IN times?
Any time after 4:00 P.M. During Peak Season: Check In Starts at 4:00pm and is Guaranteed by 6:00pm

What are the Check-OUT times?
Any time before 10:00 A.M.

Are my pets, who are ‘like’ family members allowed?
We are sorry, but like most vacation resorts and rental properties, we too, have a strict NO Pet Policy.  However, Service Animals are allowed ONLY  when the proper registration, certification and identification as a Service Animal is provided as the point of check in.

Does Regency Towers offer high-speed Internet and/or Wi-Fi?
Yes. Internet and Wi-Fi is available. We have a new streaming service through Firedog that has tripled our Wifi/Internet speed

What are the benefits of a vacation condo rental?

Our vacation condos are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming     “home” to your “vacation condo” rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our condos have full kitchens/washers and dryers. Also located on the property are two large pools and an indoor/outdoor hot tub. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.

What time does the Rental Office open for business?
The Rental Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during off season.  Peak Season hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

How old do I have to be to rent condo?
The Registering Guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all other parties and/or guests of the Registering Guest for compliance with this reservation. Additionally, Registering Guest for the unit must be an occupant of the unit for the entire length of stay.  The Regency Towers Policy on Registration Age changed on 10.15.2018.   You must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation for a condo.  The person making reservation must be 25 years old, must be present to check in, and must remain at the complex for the duration of the reservation.  There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

How can I rent a Condo?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the “check availability box” to the left. Or you can call our office at 850-563-7866 and a vacation specialist will be glad to assist you.

When do my reservations have to be paid by?
We require that the reservation be paid in full at least 30 days before your arrival date.  This ensures there are no problems should you arrive after hours to the complex.

Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you make a reservation. We offer the use of a secure server.  All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database.

It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems.  They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will NOT be stored on our servers.

What types of payments do you accept?
Regency Towers accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX.  We do accept personal checks for the remainder of the rental balance. If paying the full rental amount, up front, in advance, by check please make it payable to Regency Towers and address it to:

If I am renting a condo, and there is a maintenance issue during my stay, who do I call? 
Though it does not happen often, on occasion there are maintenance issues that  may arise. Please report any maintenance issue as soon as possible by calling to report it at (850)563-7866 or (850)588-1738.

Is beach chair service included with my rental?

Not all of our condos come with free beach chair service. The condos we manage are individually owned and some owners have chosen to provide a set of beach chairs and an umbrella for the guests who stay in their unit. If a condo comes with free beach service, it is listed in the description of that condo.

How many vehicles can we bring to the resort?
PARKING PASSES: Each renter will be issued TWO parking passes maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy, then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot and ONE Overflow pass regardless of occupancy of condo. All aditional vehicles will be charged 25.00 per vehicle and will receive an OVERFLOW parking pass and will be required to park in the overflow lot directly across from the complex. Parking passes must be hung on rear view mirror and must be clearly visible at all times.

What if I bring a pull-trailer?
Most condominium associations do not allow pull trailers in the parking lot. If you intend to bring a boat or motorcycle trailer you must first clear it with Regency Towers. Trailer parking is determined                   by occupancy. All trailers must park across the street in our overflow parking lot.  If Regency Towers is filled to capacity, then you may be asked to find a place to park your trailer, other than at Regency Towers.

Does the condo come furnished?
All of our rental condos come fully furnished with everything you need to feel at home. Some other amenities such as hair dryers and specialty coffee maker (Keurig’s) may vary from unit to unit.

Do I need to bring sheets and towels?
No. All of the beds will be made with clean, fresh linens. Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bath mats, dish towels and a dish cloth. Bath towels and washcloths are provided for the maximum number of guests. Because we are NOT a hotel, we do not have daily housekeeping service in any of our condos. All units on our program have a washer and dryer so you can launder your towels throughout the week. Our bath towels are not beach towels, so please do not take them to the beach. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
