Regency Towers is located on the east end of beautiful Panama City Beach very close to St. Andrews State Park and the ever popular Shell Island. Regency Towers has 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom units directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. All units include full kitchens, washer/dryers and at least 2 bathrooms.

Unit 215 is a deluxe unit located on the second floor overlooking the pool and the beautiful Gulf. The location is perfect. You don't want to fool with elevators during the peak season. This unit has been recently remodeled and will take your breath away when you walk in the front door. Decorated with muted tones of grey, white and blues throughout, it is so calming that you may never want to leave. The kitchen has been completely redone with new cabinets, granite countertops, and brand new stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a roomy king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed with a set of twin bunk beds, perfect for a family. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa to accomadate any extra guest.  Both bathrooms have been updated with new vanities. Don't forget, unit is fully stocked for your convenience and also has a washer and dryer.

RESERVATION AGE RESTRICTIONS: The Registering Guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all other parties and/or guests of the Registering Guest for compliance with this reservation. Additionally, Registering Guest for the unit must be an occupant of the unit for the entire length of stay. The Regency Towers Policy on Registration Age changed on 10.15.2018. You must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation for a condo. The person making reservation must be 25 years old, must be present to check in, and must remain at the complex for the duration of the reservation. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
