Policies

All rentals are subject to state and local taxes and a one-time housekeeping fee. Units are not guaranteed and rates may change without notice. A $25 Admin Fee applies to off season cancellations. Peak season cancellations are charged a $25 Admin Fee plus one night rent. Monthly reservations must give 60 day notice to cancel for a refund of $275. There is a $300 room change fee for monthly guest. Monthly guest Power allowance is $125. Check-In time is at 4:00 p.m.

Registrants must be at least 25 years of age. Our Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate the tenancy of anyone at anytime.

Management will strive to comply with a reservation request for specific condominium units, however, due to changes of ownership, units removed from the rental program, mechanical problems, etc., we cannot absolutely guarantee a specific unit, floor or bedding.
