All rentals subject to state and local taxes and a one-time housekeeping fee. Rates may change without notice. $200 prepayment of rent is required on all reservations and must be recieved 30 days prior to arrival date. Reservations must
be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival
date for refund. There is a $25 fee for all cancellations.
Registrants must be at least 25 years of age.
Our Management reserves the right to refuse
service to anyone and to terminate the tenancy
of anyone.
Management will strive to comply with a reservation
request for specific condominium units, however,
due to changes of ownership, units removed from
the rental program, mechanical problems, etc.,
we cannot absolutely guarantee a specific unit,
floor or bedding.

- Rent can be pre-paid or paid upon arrival
- No refunds for early departure
